This Report surveyed the first two years’ work of the Medical Research Council’s Unit for Lifelong Health and Ageing. We edited the text and picture copy, working closely with the Director, Professor Diana Kuh, to tell the story of the Unit’s origins, staff, aims, methods and achievements in a clear and concise way. The Unit manages the National Survey of Health and Development. This Survey follows a cohort of over five thousand people born in one week in 1946. In 2006 we designed and produced a series of booklets inviting cohort members to medical examinations offered at regional clinics in their sixtieth year, and briefing them on procedures. Report: 36 pages A4 plus covers. Print supplied.
